After-Hours Service
Banyan Street recognizes the National Holidays listed here and closes their offices in honor of these days. At such times, your building may also be closed, and certain utilities may not be available. Please refer to Section 11.3 of your lease for the building holiday schedule. If a holiday falls on a Saturday, the Management Office will be closed the Friday before the holiday. If the holiday falls on a Sunday, the Management Office will be closed the following Monday.
Although the Management Office will not be open during nationally recognized holidays, in the event of an emergency, such as fire, flood or loss of power, the Property Manager can be reached at (954) 653-3200.
Services for freight elevators, loading dock, security, engineering and janitorial after normal business hours and on holidays must be scheduled in advance and will be charged at the current market rate.
