The following is a summary of fees and charges for services:
- After-Hours HVAC - $50.00 per hour / per zone (two-hour minimum) *please refer to your lease.
- Key FOB - Initial Purchase - $20.00 + sales tax; Replacement - $30.00 + sales tax.
- Additional janitorial services (e.g., clean-up after an event) - please request quote.
The above fees may be adjusted periodically and are subject to a 15% administrative fee and 10% overhead.
