Mail Room
- The US Postal Service mail drop box and tenant mailboxes are in the Mailroom on the first floor.
- Mail is usually delivered between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
- Your Property Manager will assign you a mailbox. Your mail key will be delivered to you with any fobs and suite keys that are distributed.
- If your mail key is lost or stolen, a $25.00 fee will be charged to re-key the box.
- Your mail key must be returned to the Property Manager after the expiration of your lease.
Drop-Box
- UPS and FedEx drop boxes are located inside the Mail Room.
- Pick-up times are listed on the drop-boxes and supplies are maintained in the boxes as well.
